It does not matter if the work is CC0, MIT-0, 0-BSD, Unlicense, WTF License, FAL, and so on. The User must do their due diligence to confirm the Project/Uploader does own that work. Because if not, the License is not applicable, and anyone who used that work is liable. Only the true owner can apply
