I wonder when the language barrier can truly be bridged.

There's AI but "purist anti-AI" hates everything AI even if it helps bridge cultures, language barriers, and disabled people. So clients/apps avoid AI translation tools.

They even accuse "neural translators" as AI. /facepalm
