I use TouchGrass for slow updates to friends: garden notes, books worth passing around, quiet workouts
Morning garden check-in: the beans finally found the string, the mint is trying to annex the path, and I remembered to sit down before opening my phone. Small wins. #garden #morning

A note on making weekends feel longer

I am trying a simple rule: one plan outside, one meal cooked slowly, one message sent to someone I would otherwise only think about.

It is not productivity. It is more like leaving breadcrumbs for my actual life. Yesterday that meant a long loop through the park, soup on the stove, and sending Jun the route before I forgot it.

The best part is how unremarkable it looks from the outside. No streaks, no public score, no pressure to turn it into a brand. Just a weekend that had enough room in it. #slowweekend #longwalks
A quiet trail through grass and trees
Finished my first full week back in the gym without turning it into a project. Three short sessions, still enough energy to walk home. #workouts #quietprogress
Album from a slow Sunday: market flowers, canal light, soup prep, and the page I stopped on because the room got too quiet to keep reading. #offline #photos
