yeah, i'm gonna be real, nothing about this makes a great case for a ban. a mute, perhaps, if they kept insisting after you said no and explained why, but they weren't hostile at all and your response is fairly toxic & verbally abusive & not v collaborative, which is a death knell for a wiki project
